Rockwell 2C 2-Year Kit

I was a Harry’s man but had too many instances of razor burn and ingrown hairs. This razor solved all that. Those problems are non-existent.

Wasn't really what I was expecting.

This razor has helped reduce razor burn.

The 2C razor is heavier than other brand name razors. It’s weighted and well balanced, constructed with quality and will last a long time. I used both the R1 blade option and the R3 option. The R1 did not shave as well on my legs as the R3. The R3 will take some getting used to as the blade needs to be at a specific angle. I love that the shave is smoother than other name brands and is super smooth. Also, I don’t get razor burn and ingrown hairs with this razor. To keep the smooth legs, I have to shave every 2-3days. Overall, I love this razor and recommend this to anyone.

Rockwell 2C - Double Edge Safety Razor

Overall seems good. But it feels like one side of the razor blade is more exposed than the other side, so one side feels rougher to use.

If you want a quick and mindless shave, stick with the multi-blade stuff sold every where. If you want a quality shave and are willing to relearn how to hold this razor, then you want this. Really, there are cheaper brands to see if you like double-edge razor shaving. If you come out after 2 weeks starting to love your shaving sessions and how much better your face feels, and let's be honest, the ladies love a well-groomed man; then come back here and pick up the 6C or T2.

Used a Merkur for years. Lost it and needed a replacement. Decided to try this brand's entry level razor to see how I like it. I absolutely love it, and am considering purchasing another one of their more expensive models.

At 77, I don't write reviews often. The 2C, however, is an exception. From the very beginning, it was obvious that this was different. The weight, the fit and finish, and the presentation all screamed QUALITY to me. You feel that you have a MACHINE in your hands. The shaves are first rate without any inclination to nick or irritate the skin. Since old guys generally have thinner skin, that is a feature I really appreciate. Buy this razor with confidence.
